How are you going to take your opponent to the ground? We have brought in 2x Cuban National Judo Champion Ney Hernandez to solve this problem. Learn the transition of the grip, the clinch, and delivering your opponent to the ground. Ney's spark plug personality will get you pumped up for the class and he will teach you what is needed to control the takedown.

Ney was 9 years old when he started learning Judo in his native country of Cuba. He was an active competitor and won the national bronze medal at age 14, then the national gold medal at ages 16 and 17. By the time he was 19 he had earned his black belt in Judo and began teaching at EIDE, a very well-known Judo school, where he coached his students to 3 national gold medals. At the same time, he began attending college to become a physical trainer, but his college degree was put on hold to come to America. Here in Texas he has trained and participated in a few tournaments and won the 2004 Texas Lone Star in Dallas. Now he would like to pass his knowledge of Judo to others.
