Boxing
Also known as the "Sweet Science", boxing is a great self-defense program which utilizes proper body mechanics using footwork, core mobility, and blazing hand speed. Not only is the class practical for self-defense purposes it is a tremendous workout. You will end up in a puddle of sweat and love every minute of it. Taught by Pat Swan, this class is geared toward any skill level. The first half of this class is devoted to drills and technique practice to improve footwork, offense and defense. The second half gives the student the opportunity to spar with professional boxer Pat Swan. The student is guided through the sparring session which allows fast progression. In other words you are not going to be fed to the lions and have your head pounded in. Pat will help you to progress at your own speed. |
